Eight stocks are up and two stocks are down in value.  The total portfolio* is up +2.60%.

• A technology stock is up the most at +7.3%.

• A healthcare stock is up +5.2%.

• A technology stock is down the most at -2.4%.

*Results assume equal dollar amounts purchased in each stock, rounded off to full shares, using the closing share prices on Dec. 30, 2016.

The S&P 500 is up +1.70% from 2238.83 to 2,276.98, from Dec. 30, 2016 through January 6, 2017.

 

Goodfellow LLC Growth & Income Stock Portfolio for 2017 Results — January 6, 2017

Eight stocks are up and two stocks are down in value.  The total portfolio* is up +2.04%.

• A consumer cyclical stock is up the most at +10.6%.

• A financial services stock is up +5.4%.

• A consumer defensive stock is down the most at -2.0%.

*Results assume equal dollar amounts purchased in each stock, rounded off to full shares, using the closing share prices on Dec. 30, 2016.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up +1.02% from 19,762.60 to 19,963.80, from Dec. 30, 2016 through January 6, 2017.
