Results: Monday’s “Buy Lists” from May 2014

Monday’s “Buy List” is our weekly feature of five very-investable stocks.  They’ve been screened for strong fundamentals and bullish charts.

Four of the five stocks on Monday’s “Buy List” — week of May 26, 2014 outperformed the Dow and the S&P 500 from May 23 through May 30.  The stocks rose between 0.6% and 4.84%, while the Dow rose 1.0% and the S&P 500 rose 1.2%.

Four of the five stocks on Monday’s “Buy List” — week of May 19, 2014 outperformed the Dow Jones Industrial Average from May 16 through May 30, including two which rose 7.4% and 7.5%!  The stocks rose between 0.1% and 7.5%, while the Dow rose 1.37% and the S&P 500 rose 2.4%.

Four of the five stocks on Monday’s “Buy List” — week of May 12, 2014 outperformed the Dow Jones Industrial Average from May 9 through May 30.  The stock performance ranged between (-1.2%) to +7.2%, while the Dow rose 0.8% and the S&P 500 rose 2.4%.
